Building a customized program with credentialed teachers

Enrichment
In addition to the academic core content areas that are taught students also have the chance to participate in after school classes and sports teams at Rolling Hills Middle School. The HomeSchool program offers annual enrichment classes during the day just for students in our program. Students are strongly encouraged to attend at least one of the weekly enrichment classes offered. A complete list of classes will be handed out monthly to all students in the program. Some sample class offerings are:
  • Drama
  • Art
  • Writing Classes
  • Physical Education
  • Music/Band
  • Creative Writing
  • Math workshop

Home School student field trips are also planned annually and students can participate in those that interest them. Some of the trips may be combined with other local homeschool programs which allows students the chance to meet students in other homeschool programs. After school sports and clubs may also be available to home school students. Please be aware that participation fees may exist for after school activities and parents must provide transportation. In addition, classes will only operate if there are enough students who sign up.
