Program Information Enrollment Options All students who wish to use The Crew program must sign up and pay the non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 which is due with your application for set or flexible schedule. Homework schedule non-refundable registration fee is $25 per family. You must then choose one schedule option below. SET SCHEDULE This is for families who will use the program regularly for a set schedule throughout the year. If you need an occasional day added you have up to 5 drop in days per year that you will be allowed at the $16 daily rate. Fees:
$50 additional per month with set afternoon schedule $80 per month if not using afternoon set schedule FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE This is for families who will use the program on an as-needed, emergency, or recreational basis. If you end up using the program more than 2 times per week consistently for three weeks you will be required to switch to a set schedule. Fee: $16.00 per day HOMEWORK SCHEDULE This is for families who only want their child to take part in the homework center option of the program. This will only be the first hour of the program. Students will be dismissed from the program at 3:30 and parents must either pick them up at this time or sign the release of liability stating the student/s can sign him/herself out. Homework option is Monday thru Thursday only. The homework program is not designed to be a tutorial for individual students. It is a time for students to work on homework in an appropriate setting with assistance from staff. Homework completion may not occur in the time allotted. Fee: $100/month September-June (HOMEWORK CENTER OPENS SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2009) *You will not be reimbursed for days your child does not attend and parents will not be contacted if the child doesn’t show up. Additional Information The Crew Check Out Students on a set schedule are to be picked up daily by an approved adult listed on the emergency release card. Students on a flexible or homework schedule can sign themselves out of the program but parents will be required to sign the release of liability form. Once students sign themselves out they may not return to The Crew for the day. Schedule Changes If you wish to move from one schedule option to another you must fill out a change form and pay two weeks of the previous schedule change if the tuition amount is more than the new schedule tuition amount. Billing and Account Information You will not receive a bill unless you are on the flexible schedule option. You will simply remit payment at the center or have it automatically deducted from your account using our ACH payment system. (Form included in packet) For flexible schedules you will receive a bill on the first of the month in your student file. All payments are due to our office by the 5th of the month. A late fee of $20 will be charged to all late payments. A fee of $25 will be charged for any bounced check. If students are picked up after 6:00pm there is a $1.00 per minute late fee. The Crew Behavior Policies Students enrolled in The Crew will be expected to follow school rules at all times while on campus. In addition please read through the following rules and go over them with your child to ensure that he/she is aware of behavior expectations. 1. Language and Personal Behavior
